AI FM Radio – Privacy Policy

AI FM Radio is a live radio player for the AI FM Radio / Star LB FM stations. This policy explains what information the app handles. In short: the app has no accounts, collects no personal information, and contains no analytics or advertising trackers.

Information we collect

None. The app does not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information, and it does not create a user account.

Services the app connects to

To play the radio, the app connects to these services. Like any internet connection, they receive your device's IP address and basic technical information (such as the app or device type) in order to deliver the content. We do not receive or store this information.

• Zeno.FM – streams the live audio and the "now playing" song titles. Zeno.FM's privacy policy: zeno.fm/privacy-policy. Audio streams may include advertising inserted by the stream provider.
• Supabase – provides the list of stations (names and stream links) so it can be updated without an app update. No personal data is sent or stored. Supabase's privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy.

Sharing and WhatsApp

If you tap Share, your phone's share menu opens with a short message (the current song and a link to the app). If you tap WhatsApp in "Contact the app owner", WhatsApp opens a chat with the station. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send it, and those apps' own privacy policies apply.

Permissions

• Notifications – only to show the playback controls (play/pause, song title) in the notification shade and on the lock screen.
• Foreground service (media playback) – so the radio keeps playing when the screen is off or you switch apps.
• Audio settings – to manage playback volume and audio focus (for example, pausing for a phone call).

The app does not use the microphone, camera, location, contacts, or storage of your files.

Data stored on your device

The app does not store personal information on your device. It may keep a temporary copy of the station list so it can start quickly.

Children

The app is a general-audience radio player and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Sale of data

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because we do not collect any.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes the way it handles information (for example, by adding accounts), this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date above will change.
